Our Courses

Whether you need to meet a legal requirement, upskill your team, or simply feel more prepared, we have a course to suit you. All training is delivered by a Level 3-qualified trainer using a blended learning approach — online theory at your own pace, followed by an interactive, hands-on session at your workplace or ours. Scheduling is available to suit all shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and overnight.

Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) A nationally recognised qualification ideal for low-risk workplaces. Covers CPR, bleeding, choking, shock, and more. Suitable for appointed first aiders in offices, retail, and similar environments.

First Aid at Work (3 days) A comprehensive qualification for higher-risk workplaces such as construction, manufacturing, and care. Covers a wide range of emergency scenarios and satisfies HSE requirements for full first aid provision.

Paediatric First Aid Designed for those working with babies and children, including nursery staff, childminders, and teaching assistants. Covers infant CPR, choking, allergic reactions, febrile seizures, and more.

CPR & Defibrillator Awareness A focused, practical session teaching the skills to recognise cardiac arrest, perform CPR, and operate an AED. Suitable for individuals, community groups, and workplace teams looking to build confidence fast.
